This existing home high above the City of Laguna Beach, was remodeled inside and out to create a more modern aesthetic and open floor plan. The street-side façade design incorporates clean lines, crisp materials and a simplified color palette. The top level of the home was opened up into one large great room for entertaining, which now has uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean and city below. The primary bedroom suite was updated with a spa-like bathroom and improved closet space.
